Yeah! It's in Penang! But not near Gurney Drive. Actually, I
don't know the street name cuz I just blur-blur sit in the car and
get driven around. 
It started as one of those roadside stands then as business got
better, they grew larger and larger! When I went, they had tables
and chairs and dim lighting and what looked like some make-shift
canvas structure.
It was sooooo many years ago liao! Memory's a tad hazy.
